Neff Paving has been family owned and operated since 1999. We serve Central and Southeast Ohio families and businesses for their asphalt and concrete needs. Our company was started by the Berkfield's and Neff's, and is still owned and operated by family members. We have over 40 years in the construction industry.

We are certified through the Ohio Department of Transportation.
We are HSE Certified.
Personalized Services
We offer services from asphalt, concrete, excavation, sealcoat, catch basin repair, and chip-and-seal. Dump truck brokers are available.
